KrishiPath exists to remove uncertainty from farming and replace it with clarity, confidence, and dignity—for farmers, families, and communities.
Farming Should Not be a Gamble

Mukesh Jena
The System Thinker
Mukesh Jena builds systems where complexity has been normalized.
With years of experience working across large-scale enterprises, growth-stage companies, and operationally dense industries, Mukesh has spent his career designing go-to-market, revenue, and decision frameworks that work in the real world-not just on paper.
Through Krishipath, he is focused on rethinking how agriculture decisions are made, owned, and measured-moving the conversation from transactions to outcomes, and from availability to accountability. His writing challenges comfortable assumptions, exposes structural blind spots, and explores what it takes to build trust-driven ecosystems at scale.
Mukesh writes for leaders, operators, and next-generation thinkers who believe that systems-not slogans-shape the future.
Rajiv Kumar Nath
Rajiv Kumar Nath
Architect of Trust-Driven Agricultural Networks
Rajiv Kumar Nath brings operational discipline and partnership intelligence to the heart of Krishipath’s ecosystem.
With deep experience in supply chain structuring, procurement strategy, and channel alignment, Rajiv specializes in building distribution systems that are resilient, transparent, and performance-led. His strength lies not just in moving products – but in building trust between manufacturers, distributors, and end beneficiaries.
At Krishipath, Rajiv leads:
- Strategic alliances with seed companies and agri-input brands
- Supply chain architecture across districts
- Vendor onboarding frameworks and compliance systems
- Pricing discipline to protect farmer interests
He believes agriculture cannot scale on fragmented relationships. It must scale on structured partnerships.
Rajiv plays a critical role in ensuring that Krishipath’s promise to farmers – predictable outcomes and fair pricing – is operationally executable. Every seed procured, every partnership signed, and every distribution channel activated is built around one principle:
Farmers should receive quality inputs without price distortion or supply uncertainty.
His work ensures that profitability at the farmer level begins with integrity at the supply chain level.
Rabindra Kumar Jena
Rabindra Kumar Jena
Voice of the Farmer. Bridge to the System.
Rabindra Kumar Jena brings lived experience, public service, and grassroots leadership to Krishipath’s foundation.
After taking voluntary retirement from the Indian Navy, he entered public life with a clear mission – to serve rural communities with discipline, accountability, and integrity. As a Sarpanch, he led multiple development initiatives, executed infrastructure projects, and actively supported underprivileged families in accessing essential government benefits and welfare schemes.
But beyond governance, Rabindra is a farmer himself.
He understands agriculture not from reports – but from the soil.
- Deep knowledge of crop cycles and local farming realities
- Active association with the Jajpur Farmers’ Union
- Regularly convenes farmer gatherings to address challenges
- Represents farmers’ concerns to government authorities
At Krishipath, he ensures that every strategic decision remains grounded in real farmer problems – not boardroom assumptions.
He believes farmers don’t need sympathy speeches.
They need structural representation and economic strength.
Rabindra plays a crucial role in aligning Krishipath’s systems with on-ground realities – ensuring that the mission of making farming profitable, predictable, and respectable is rooted in community trust and policy awareness.
Soudamini Samal
Soudamini Samal
The Ethical Compass of Community-Led Agriculture
Soudamini Samal brings decades of discipline, empathy, and institutional understanding to Krishipath’s governance framework.
A retired school teacher, she has spent her life shaping young minds – many of whom come from farming families. Through her years in education, she witnessed firsthand the financial uncertainty and social challenges faced by rural households. She understands that when farming struggles, entire families feel the impact.
Her transition into Krishipath is not a career shift.
It is a continuation of service.
At Krishipath, she oversees:
- Governance integrity and administrative discipline
- Community engagement initiatives
- Policy adherence and documentation oversight
- Ethical decision-making frameworks
As a mother, educator, and entrepreneur, Soudamini believes retirement is not withdrawal – it is redirection toward meaningful impact.
She ensures that Krishipath does not merely operate as a business, but as a responsible institution committed to rural upliftment.
Her conviction is simple:
If farming becomes profitable, families become stable.
If families become stable, society progresses.
She plays a critical role in safeguarding the mission of making farming predictable, profitable, and socially respectable, ensuring that growth never compromises values.
