Welcome to KrishiPath Innovate Private Limited (“KrishiPath”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, digital platforms, physical services, and all related offerings provided by KrishiPath.
By accessing, registering, or using any part of KrishiPath’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About KrishiPath
KrishiPath is an end-to-end agritech ecosystem operating across Odisha (currently focused on Jajpur district), offering services including but not limited to:
- Soil testing & analysis
- Seed advisory & high-yield seed programs
- Fertiliser recommendation & customised fertiliser kits
- Agricultural machinery rental
- Crop planning & advisory
- Crop insurance & financial facilitation
- Grain procurement & buyback support
- Digital tools, forms, and farmer advisory services
- CSR, institutional, and corporate partnerships
KrishiPath operates in both B2C (farmer-facing) and B2B (partner, supplier, corporate, institutional) capacities.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibility
By using KrishiPath services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally competent to enter into binding agreements
- Information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact details, login credentials (if applicable), and for all activities carried out under your account or submissions.
3. Nature of Services (Important)
KrishiPath provides advisory, facilitation, coordination, and ecosystem services.
- We are not a traditional dealer, trader, or commission agent unless explicitly stated in writing
- Agricultural outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as weather, soil conditions, irrigation, farming practices, pest pressure, and market forces.
- KrishiPath does not guarantee yield, profit, price, or crop performance.
All recommendations are best-effort, science-backed, and context-driven, not assurances.
4. Farmer (B2C) Services – Specific Terms
4.1 Soil Testing & Advisory
- Soil test results are based on samples provided by the farmer or collected through field teams
- Results represent the condition of the soil at the time of sampling only.
- KrishiPath is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect sampling, contamination, or subsequent soil changes.
4.2 Seed Advisory & Seed Programs
- Seed recommendations are advisory in nature.
- Final selection and usage remain the farmer’s decision.
- Germination, yield, or crop success is influenced by external factors beyond KrishiPath’s control.
4.3 Fertiliser Kits
- Fertiliser kits are designed based on soil data, crop type, and season.
- Overuse, misuse, or deviation from recommended application schedules voids any advisory responsibility.
4.4 Machinery on Rent
- KrishiPath acts as a platform/facilitator connecting machinery owners and users.
- Availability, condition, pricing, and operation of machinery are subject to owner terms.
- KrishiPath is not liable for mechanical failure, operational mishaps, or misuse by either party.
4.5 Insurance & Finance
- KrishiPath facilitates access to third-party insurance and financial institutions.
- Policy approval, claims, interest rates, and disbursements are solely governed by the respective provider.
- KrishiPath does not underwrite or guarantee any insurance or loan product.
4.6 Grain Buyback / Market Linkage
- Buyback prices depend on quality, moisture levels, market demand, and prevailing conditions.
- KrishiPath does not guarantee procurement at any fixed price unless contractually agreed in writing.
5. B2B, Corporate & Partner Engagements
KrishiPath works with:
- Seed companies
- Fertiliser companies
- Machinery owners/manufacturers
- Insurance & finance providers
- CSR partners
- Institutions & agri-organisations
Unless covered under a separate written agreement:
- KrishiPath does not guarantee volumes, exclusivity, territory, or minimum business.
- Any pilot, trial, or collaboration is non-binding unless explicitly contracted.
- Intellectual property, branding, and data usage must follow KrishiPath’s written approvals.
6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
- Pricing may vary by location, season, and service type.
- Payments must be made as per communicated terms.
- Refunds, if any, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds shall be provided for services already rendered or partially consumed.
KrishiPath reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
7. Data, Privacy & Communication
By using KrishiPath services, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of personal, farm, and operational data
- Communication via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-person visits
- Use of anonymised data for research, analytics, and service improvement
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, frameworks, advisory models, text, graphics, and digital assets are the intellectual property of KrishiPath unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of KrishiPath’s content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- KrishiPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- KrishiPath is not responsible for losses arising from natural calamities, government actions, market fluctuations, or third-party failures.
10. Force Majeure
KrishiPath shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, droughts, pandemics, strikes, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Termination of Access
KrishiPath reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access without notice for misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
- Refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha, India.
13. Updates to Terms
KrishiPath may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
